The "philosophy" of Presse RO55
The solidity, the steadiness and the minimum elastic deformation of the structures and the
quality of the materials used make the difference for the high quality presses. Presse ROSS designs and realizes the components of its machines by following these guidelines.
The components conformity to the design specification is verified through some programś
of solid modelling of FEM (finite elements method). Precise workings, an accurate assembly
and scrupulous tests characterize the phases of the productive process.

Precision, functíonality and safety
The constant engagement of Presse ROSS in particıpating at the technological evolution that regards the sector allows its machines to offer high performances, precıśion, reliability and safety, with a minimum maintenance.
The constructive choices made by Presse ROSS show all this.
Considerable attention is paid to the length of the prıśmatic guides of the slides, which
guarantees the high geometric precision of the press with following long life of the mould and
the high quality of the final piece.
Furthermore, considerable attention has been paid also to the hydraulic protection device
against the overloads: as a matter of fact it has a very fast intervention time, which oscillates
between 5 and 25 milliseconds, depending on the press dimensions and on the velocity of its use.

Silent and steady cinematic systems
Presse Ross uses cinematic systems with one, two or four thread points with single or double reduction.
The swivel of the connecting rod foot can be with sphere or plunger.
The transmission of the movement to the connecting rods is given through eccentric gears, realized in a monobloc, almost in all models.
The gears present a helicoidal teeth with profile corrected: this
increases considerably the silentness, the steadiness and the duration too.

Special cinematic systems
The presses can be equıpped with automatic stroke change in order to fast adapt the stroke of the slide to the work néeds of the used moulds.
Other special epuipments are available, such as "Soft-elanking" and "Link-Drive", which slow down the velocity of the slide in the last part of the stroke, before reaching the BDC. The performances of such special cinematic systems can be personalıżed depending on the particular production needs.

Specіal applícatíons
(1) Drawings relevant to presses with moving tables.
(2) Wedges for the micrometrical vértical adjustment of each single
mould station.
(3) Micro-inching device: itś precious for a fast mould set up. It allows to mould at a velocity of only 0,5 rpm; with the nominal force of the press.

Presses and moulding lines with high automation level
Presse ROSS equips its presses wíth several accessories for the press and mould check and for the automation of the production and the equipping processes.
Furthermore, Presse ROSS designs and constructs special presses and automatic presses
línes at high production.
