Optional 3D model import and unfolder module for NC Express. Vacuum system to remove slugs from the die more securely. Fast deburring with roll tools. Automation
Compact Express is a fully automated material handling device and has the fastest sheet loading and unloading cycle in the market. Due to its compact construction, an automated E5x Evolution does not require much more floor space than the machine itself but its productivity increases drastically. Double sheet detection and sheet centering ensure a secure and continuous machine operation. Even if equipped with Compact Express, the machine can still be operated also manually. Both loading and unloading can be performed either manually, fully automatically or using both methods. The smallest sheet size Compact Express can handle is 500 x 300 mm. Smaller sheet sizes up to 300 x 100 mm are handled manually. Maximum sheet size is 1500 x 1250 mm
and maximum sheetweight is 200 kg.

depends on acceleration deceleration rate and
sheet size and weight. Hic speed is dependent on the programmed stroke length, ram speed and acceleradon deceleration rate and speed of the axes. When using special tools the cool change time may differ from the given value. Average power consumption's based on production run of a typical nesting program with nominal sheet size and 1.5 mm sheet thickness. Effective value can be used when caIcaIating energy costs.
