ROUNDO Section Bending Machines are built to perform High Precision operations. The series has 13 models. The fully hydraulic machines have been developed for bending all types of sections. In addition to the standard rolls a wide range of special rolls and other options are available. In the standard execution the machines are manually operated. As an option they can be equipped with CNC, controlling 3 or more axes. Horizontal or vertical bending shafts depending on machine type.
All three rolls driven. Roller bearings in all journals.
Bending rolls hydraulically adjustable. lnfinity variable speed for the two bending rolls and for rotation.
Guiding rolls hydraulically adjustable. Portable push button ccntrol for small machines. Pendant or move able control for large machines. Combined vertical and horizontal execution. Universal bending rollsforthe large machines. Spiralling device for coils.
Digital readouts for the position of the lower rolls.
