SPECIAL LATHE Ryazan MODEL RT 700 
The lathes are designed for machining rotor journals and other surfaces of gas pumping and heat turbine rotors during repair. Machining is done with interchangeable.  Grinding and turning carriages with independent drives. 
The lathes are designed and manufactured for tailstock and headstock spindle parts accuracy better than Class B. For precise rotor alignment in chuck the lathes are equipped with special levelling jacks and supporting rests. Rotor journal grinding ensures journal cylinder deviation and collar and play within mm and not less than Ra degree of roughness. Availability of turning carriages provides for full turning lathe capabilities including turning long tapers, cutting Threads etc.
