Ryazan RT 783 SPECIAL PIPE THREADING LATHE model
The machine provides machining of pipes, their parts and thread cutting in piece or small lot production. 
It is used for repining the drill pipes, casing pipes and pipes of pump compressor units and clutches to them. 
The machine ensures the progressive cutting modes at machining due to the up to date technical data. 
It is very convenient in control because of its high nighty, vibration resistance and mechanization. The bed ways are hardened and ground. All these provide high reliability of the other units and long life with the initial accuracy. 
The machine is equipped with two 3 jaw self centring chucks 630 mm with mechanized clamping and the rest type support. The design of the tool post ensures its set on the unidirectional clutch. Fixing accuracy is 5. 
The tapers are turned by the taper turning attachment or due to the mechanical travel of the top carriage and also at the composition of the feeds. The threads can be cut manually, per single cycle or per full cycle with manual straight in feed.
