Sachman machining center

Sachman 3+2, 4+2, 5 and 6 axes machining centres
T14 e TRT314 are the big Sachman machining centres with 3+2, 4+2, 5 and 6 axes
with the column moving along the transversal axis.
The 314 line consists of two bosic versions, the T version with a table movíng along
the longitudinal X axis and the TRT version with roto-traversing table sliding
along the X axis.

What distinguishes the 314 line is its great removal capacity due to its big
and carefull y designed structures which, added to the remarkable dynamic
performances, make this line also suitable for 3D machining.
Thanks to theír architecture the T314 and TRT314 machining centres ensure a
constant removal capacity and a geometricai accuracy unrelated to the column 's
transversal posítion.
The wide distance between the Z-axis guides and the headallows to machine and to rotate large pieces.
The línear axes are equipped with linear guides sized 65, 65 and 55 mm for X, Y and Z
axes. Rotary table is driven by a wheel and two preloaded pinions to automaticaiiy compensate the backlash.
The linear and rotary axes are equípped with direct optical transducers ensuríng constant
and high accuracy over time.

All modeis within this line use cast íron structures to grant the best damping
of vibrations caused by machíning. Extra care was made when designing the column: a section that starts decreasing from the base to the top reduces inertia without compromising rigidity.
A wide range of heads makes all these products suitabie for many sectors: from highprecision generai engineering purpose machining to 3- or 5-axís 3D machining for the
middle and aerospace sectors.

All models con use universal indexed heads (Kosmo and Kosmo 3), mechanically driven continuous twist heads or with motor spindle.
Accessories allow to customize these machines: sliding chain tool magazines, chain type
tool magazines with tilting arm for horizontal and vertical change, electronic probes for meczsuring workpieces and tools.

Both T314 and TRT314 can be provided with automatic
systems for pallet change.
Up to 5 pallets can be installed.
The chip removal devices have been designed with particular care, a double auger system
placed on the column sides equips the basic version, it can be combined with a single or triple chain type conveyor for the removal of big quantities of chips.
