POSISAF and MEMORAX are positioners and rotators used for both manual and automatic welding applications. They have medium capacities of 300 kg and 650 kg, respectively, and offer variable speed motorized rotation and tilt, fixed height, and electronic variable speed drive. The range of speeds and stability up to 200 kg allows for automatic welding. These positioners have a worm-wheel and lead-screw speed reducer with a non-reversible drive. The fixed-speed tilt movement is limited by two safety end stops, and the POSISAF 7F is remotely controlled from a 5-button controller with a 5m cable. The POSISAF 3F has the controls on a unit fixed to the rear of the device. 

The general-purpose POSISAF 16EO and 110B models offer high capacity, up to 15 tons, with variable speed motorized rotation, motorized tilt, and manual height adjustment. They provide three simultaneous movements: rotation, 135 tilt, and MEMORAX pin-in-hole height adjustment. Programmed positioning is possible for manual welding. Remote control of speed variation is included. 

MEMORAX has great stability and an exceptional range of variation, with 40 positions and 8 programs with 32 positions each, meaning the welder can keep their tools and concentrate on their welding task. The rotation movement provides great stability in the MEMORAX 7HVPV/18HVPV. These positioners eliminate the need to handle workpieces, reducing the risk of injury. 

The SAF positioning equipment is adaptable to the welding needs of all users, with a simple design that is easy to use and maintain. Improved handling means improved welding, and positioning the workpiece is easy, allowing work to be carried out faster and in a more rational manner.  

For workplaces with little or no imbalance, the W model is a dual drive model with two motorized rollers. For workpieces with significant imbalance, the PF model has symmetrical adjustment of the roller spacing in fixed increments by fitting pins into holes in the frame. The PV model has continuous symmetrical adjustment of the roller spacing by double-ended screws protected by a sheet metal cover for faster and more accurate adjustment.

In dual motor versions, each roller has its own compact motor-gearbox unit. This solution eliminates a potentially dangerous transmission shaft and eliminates overloads on the roller gearboxes in the event of different roller radii or crushing of the rollers. 

For small diameter tubes from 30mm, the VIROSAF 2 MT (cat. no: 0300-1006) is fitted with an arm with a pressure roller designed to prevent ejection of the originality of the tube. The VIROSAF 2 is the only model with the following add-ons and options: 

A vertical stand fixed to the floor supporting the control and options

The positioner provides three simultaneous movements: rotation, 135 tilt, and MEMORAX pin-hole height adjustment. It is ideal for programmed positioning for manual welding and includes remote control of speed variation. The MEMORAX programming unit can store up to 8 programs, each with 40 positions (8 programs with 32 positions for the MEMORAX 7HVPV/18HVPV model). The rotation movement is characterized by very little backlash, great stability, and an exceptional range of variation, producing perfect welds using any automatic process. The MEMORAX range is easy to use and highly flexible, making it suitable for manual tasks such as tacking, polishing, fettling, and assembly.
