Safop DB640 Disc brake lathes 

These numerical controlled lathes have been designed for facing disc brakes. The machine has six axes, which makes it possible to machine simultaneously all four sides of two discs. In case of a disc brake positioned in the middle of the axle, the machining of both sides of the disc is done through one carriage. The lathe is also equipped with two probes to check the disc brake position. The machine is completely enclosed inside a noise-reduction cabin.

Locomotives

Locomotives are essential rail vehicles used to position the convoy above the underfloor lathes. Depending on the configuration of the deposit, there may be a need for versatility, and therefore these vehicles can travel on both roads and railways. The shunting units are equipped with radio control, safety devices interlocked with the underfloor wheelset lathe, visual and audio signals while moving, battery charger, and driving hooks.
