Sahinler 3 RUHS  3-roll plate bending machine High efficiency is achieved in heavy plate bending operations with the Kain platine-sac bending machine.

The two bottom rolls move horizontally, providing a low working height that requires a smaller foundation and eliminates the need for deep excavation. In small models, placement requires ground excavation.
During production, the plate maintains its position while pre-bending and bending phases are carried out. The solid construction and unique geometry of the 3R UHS machine allow it to be used as a press brake bending machine. The 3R UHS machine can achieve the best pre-bending for any required diameter. The lower rolls' horizontal movement allows for better pre-bending during tube bending with small diameters and thicknesses. Another significant advantage of the 3R UHS machine is the use of the top roll. The press system of the top roll enables it to move downward, forming the plate. 

For support in large-scale bending, use hydraulic lateral side supports for large diameters. It is very suitable for light and medium plates made of aluminum, stainless steel, or other non-corrosive materials. It is ideal for bending round materials with varying radii or circular shapes. The lateral rolls move in an orbital way with a hydraulic piston up and down. All rolls are powered by a hydromotor and planetary gearbox and protected against overload. The hydraulic drop-end allows for easy removal of finished ferrules.
It operates using a mobile control panel with two digital displays for easy reading of the positions of all rolls. The welded steel frame is induction-hardened, hot-rolled, and made of SAE 1050 CK 45 steel. The machine has a conical bending device with ball bearings, a hydraulic balancing system, and extended roll shafts for profile and pipe bending. Additionally, an overhead crane for large diameters can be used in combination with the hydraulic lateral side supports.
