Sahinler FM Flanging machine  The machine consists of an electro-welded frame that has been thermally stress relieved to ensure stability during production.
The motorized lower bottom-holder carriage runs on slides and is powered by a worm screw.
The machine also includes a hydraulic cylinder for adjusting the height of the bottom and a forming wheel made of high-strength steel that is precisely shaped to the desired radius.
The flanging roller is also made of high-strength steel and is driven by a radial piston motor.
The hydraulic system includes a motor pump group and an oil tank equipped with necessary components such as filters, level gauges, thermostats, heat exchangers, control valves, and solenoid valves. The electrical system includes a main board with transformer, network, and protection components, as well as a control panel with start button, warning lights, emergency stop, joysticks, and push buttons for controlling the machine in manual and automatic mode.
