Sahinler HKM 175  PRODUCTION AND APPLICATIONS KM 175 Twin cylinder Two operators can work simultaneously on models with double cylinder HKM 65-85-115-175, while on models with twin cylinder HKM 65-K5-215-175, only one operator is required to work.
HKM series is ideal for cutting angular ranges, I-beams, and U-profiles, straight or at a 45-degree angle.
The multiple workstation allows punching, cutting, and notching on the same machine. At the models with twin cylinder, two operators can work punching + one notch.

Excellent results are achieved in thickness and during serial punching. The holes produced during serial punching are perfectly coordinated.

Quick tool change With this part of the machine, squares from 25 mm to 55 mm and rounds from 30 mm diameters to 65 mm diameters can be cut very fast. By changing the blades, U-, I-, and T-profiles can also be cut upon request.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARD ACCESSORIES

Sample and die Ø 22 - Ø 26 can easily and efficiently punch holes and dies up to Ø 57 mm in 10-16 mm thickness. The punches and dies are interchangeable and easy to change, and special tools are available upon request.

The HPM 115 double-head punching machine features a double motor and double foot pedal control, and special tools and punches are available upon request.

The HPM 65, HPM 85, HPM 115, and HPM 175 models are double punch machines. The machines vary in size and weight, and optional hydraulic strippers are available.

The HPM 3 FTC and HPM 30 FTC machines feature a quick tool change system and an optional digital display. The steel construction welded frame is user-friendly and easy to use.

The fast-changing tool takes 16 seconds manually, and the compatible accessories worldwide make it easy to use. The Trumpf tooling system is easy to adjust, and the operation is with a foot pedal. The punching option can be single or continuous.
