Siemens offers a production solution for steel construction with their CNC punch models, which are perfect for producing steel connections with bolt construction works. The machines can create holes with excellent results, giving high quantities of identical parts.
The optional 3-head punching design is only available for 115/175 Øe1s models, and the instrument for punching, with the ability to make holes up to 57mm and thicknesses of 12-22mm, can be easily and effectively replaced in the holder. The machine has a maximum movement of 3050 x 500mm, with a maximum lifting capacity of 250kg, and can handle material thicknesses of 2-25mm with precision positioning. The speed of the material holder movement is 24m/min on one axis and 30m/min on the other.
The table has adjustable fasteners in accordance with the material thickness and a minimum distance of 45mm on the side. Siemens offers free programming software for all types of CNC or manual operation, making it the ideal machine for high-volume, precise punching jobs of various thicknesses.
