STANDARD WORK STATIONS

The workstations include a punching station, a slotting station for cutting, a square solid bar cutting station, an angle cutting station, a flat bar cutting station, and a U-notch cutting station. The punching station can handle solid bars up to 30 mm in diameter and 10 mm in thickness, while the cutting stations can handle materials up to 57 mm in thickness and diameters up to 38 mm, depending on the machine model. The cutting dies are easily interchangeable and can be used to make holes and slots in various shapes.

The machine can also be used to cut square and round profiles, as well as to create angled cuts. Lubrication is provided through a central pump, and there is a special instrument for quickly changing the cutting dies. Additionally, there are four sets of cutting blades for punching round and square holes, as well as for cutting corners. The capacity of the machine depends on the material and diameter of the punch. The back gauge is electronically adjustable and there is a LED lighting system to facilitate visibility during operation. The machine also has a straight-line cutter and can handle metal up to 38 mm in diameter.
