Sahinler HP 40  horizontal bending press Optional numeric control unit for applications with technical specifications and standard equipment made of special spheroid cast iron with a work table suitable for all bending loads.
The machine has an HP-40 or HP-22 steel plate that is shaped to withstand all bending stresses and a carriage that is hydraulically moved by a hardened, ground, and protected dust carrier.
The moving beam slides rigidly on the table and the stroke distance is easily adjustable from the front side.
The machine also has a hydraulic single block power unit with the ability to adjust the pressure and an approach feed speed adjustment through flow control valve.
Die holder pins made of alloy steel with rapid connection feature. It allows for continuous stroke adjustment under high working pressure to obtain the desired bending angle without the need for practice or samples.
