Sahinler IBKS 2.5 Power operated bordering trimming machine 

Power operated bordering-trimming machines, also known as motorized trimming-bordering machines, are used for trimming and bordering sheet metal.
These machines have a steel welded construction frame and come with a forward-backward adjustable bottom shaft and sheet support.
The steel shafts are assembled with bronze bushings, and the gearbox motor is equipped with a brake system.
The control is foot-pedal operated, and the machine comes complete with a bottom stand and four sets of standard rolls. The top roll movement is realized by a hydraulic system, and optional rolls for special jobs are available.
The model 1BKS has a shaft length of 300 mm and a power output of 1.5 kW. It is 1000 mm in length, 550 mm in width, 1120 mm in height, and weighs 350 kg.

Manual or motorized trimming-bordering machines are also known as swagers and are used for trimming and bordering sheet metal. They have a cast iron heavy-duty main frame, an adjustable sheet support, and a gearbox motor with a brake system.
These machines are easy to carry for workshops, and the model 1KMP is operated manually.
