Sasta CA1600F3/F4P, CA2000F3/F4P Lathes heavy duty

The machine can process long parts without reinstalling due to the carriages' ability to bypass rests and move to the headstock and tailstock.

It can handle workpieces up to 25 meters long and weighing up to 35 tons.

It can be equipped with two carriages and a grinding head.

The positioning accuracy of the axes is 20 μm, with an optional 12 μm.

The carriage moves along the rolling guides, and the tailstock is mounted on the sliding guides.

Services:

The company offers high-quality modernization and repair of metal-cutting machines, carried out by experienced specialists using the same facilities as for producing new machines.

Modernization of CNC lathes, universal lathes, and pipe-threading machines includes overhauling the mechanical part, repairing cooling and lubrication systems, replacing electrical cables and sensors, and rebuilding the geometric accuracy of the machine. Customers can also choose to replace the CNC device with a Fanuc Oi-TF Japan, NC-200 Russia, Saint-Petersburg, or Siemans Simatic 808D Germany.

Renishaw produces manual and fully automatic systems for tool setup. Non-automatic systems are suitable for cases when tool adjustment is relatively rare. Fully automatic systems are ideal for frequent re-adjustment of the machine or the organization of the process, excluding the participation of the operator.

Renishaw offers several tool setting systems, including HPRA, HPPA, and HPMA. HPRA is an insert-type bracket manually installed on the machine for tool setting, while HPPA is a measuring system with a non-automatic swinging lever. HPMA is an arm-bracket with an electric drive for high-precision automatic tool adjustment.

Renishaw measuring probes can be used to bind the workpiece to the machine coordinate system and control the workpiece during its manufacture on a lathe machine. The probe allows you to determine the location of the workpiece relative to the coordinate system of the machine, automatically switch to the coordinate system of the workpiece, and produce products in accordance with technical requirements from the first attempt.

Control within the technological process includes measuring workpiece parameters after pre-treatment to ensure the necessary accuracy of finishing and identifying errors before they result in defective products. Probes usage on lathes requires the remote transmission of the probe signal to the CNC. There are two ways: optical signal transmission and radio signal transmission, which operates at a distance of up to 5 meters from the receiver.
