Schaublin 125 teach in High prescisions lathes

From the sketch to the finished workpiece in record time.

The CNC turning is as simple and flexible as manual turning. The CNC conventional numerical control lathe combines the advantages of numerical control and the simplicity of use of a conventional lathe.

The CCN lathe family offers the feel of being a conventional machine while still providing the advantage of numerical controls. The working areas have a linear tool system and a turret with fixed tools.

Capacities include the maximum turning diameter, maximum diameter above the carriage, maximum diameter above the bed, height of the center above the carriage, and turning length depending on the equipment.

The spindle nose is standardized to allow for the use of different chucks and collets. The maximum bar passage and automatic chuck are standard, with direct AC motor drive and maximum torque at 100/50 DE. The maximum spindle speed and pneumatic clamping cylinder with maximum clamping force at 5 bars are also included.

The cross slide has a transverse stroke on the X-axis with resolution at the radius and AC motor control. The longitudinal stroke on the Z-axis also has resolution and AC motor control. The working feeds are stepless with fast feeds on the X/Z-axes and feed force on the X/Z-axes.

The tool systems include a turret with a number of tool stations, as well as rotating tool stations with AC motor control, intermittent service power, and maximum drive speed. The tool holders have a standardized fastening system.
