Standard Design The sides of the manual folding machine are made of stable gray iron. The lower and upper beams and bending beam are constructed in a welded steel frame. All three beams have interchangeable profile and insert rails. The upper beam and lowering bending beam, which is equipped with two folding handles, can be easily moved thanks to tension springs that provide weight support. If a constant bending angle is needed, an adjustable stop can be set and read on a scale from 0 to 180 on the side stand. The bending beam is roller mounted. All bearings and guides require no maintenance. Standard accessories include one sharp rail 20, one round rail with a radius of 3 mm, one profile rail with a radius of 1.2 mm, one insert rail 68 10 and 68 24 for the bending beam, one flat rail for the lower beam, one angle stop for bending angles, and one set of adjustment and operating tools. By using additional height adjustment on the upper beam, sectional high rails can be installed. However, this reduces the bending capacity of the machine. The minimum border height with insert rail 68 24 is approximately 10 times the sheet thickness for Model and approximately 20 times the sheet thickness for Model. Model has a minimum border height of approximately 15 times the sheet thickness.
