Schechtl HA manuels folding machines Standard Design The sides of the manual folding machine are made of sturdy iron. The lower, upper, and bending beams are constructed in a welded steel structure. For all three beams, there are interchangeable profiles and insert rails available for protection. The upper beam can be opened up to about 100 mm using a handle on each side of the machine via an eccentric. Springs that balance the weight ensure that the upper beam and the lowering bending beam move easily, which is equipped with two handlebars. If a repetitive bending angle is needed, it can be set and read on a scale from 180 on the side stand using an adjustable stop. The bending beam is roller bearing. All bearings and guide receptacles are maintenance free. Additionally, by adjusting the height of the upper beam, divided clamp feet can also be used. The minimum edge height with insert rail is approximately 10 times the sheet thickness, while Model is approximately 15 times the sheet thickness and Models are approximately 20 times the sheet thickness.
