The machine features an exchangeable upper beam rail, adjustable bending beam, and rails with various available radii including a sharp rail with standard measurements of 200mm and an r-value of mm. The machine also has scales for bending angles on both the left and right sides and comes in a standard version with a base and rolls. The rolls and base are removable for installation on a vehicle or workbench, and all bearings and guide-ways are maintenance-free. The upper beam has weight compensation precision, even with small flanges, and supports the upper beam at every opening height, with a 45 upper bar for a maximum vertical bending angle of 135 degrees. Clamping pressure can be adjusted on both sides, and the bending beam is easy to lift with a stroke of 60mm. The machine also features a roller shear for cutting with a crown bow bending beam and roller shear in one-hand operation, adaptable to material type and thickness with minimum expenditure of energy.
