Schechtl Motor bending machine, model MAB, offers various control options including Autoprof control. The new CNC control system is easy to operate simply transfer the sketch onto the screen to create a profile. The Autoprof control allows for customization of profiles and saves new settings in a database. This feature significantly speeds up work and saves valuable time. The machine offers a one fold or six fold control option, enabling the user to easily adjust the bending angle of 6180 degrees using a potentiometer. The Autoprof control has several benefits, such as simple operation, the ability to expand profiles, a variable support option for easy positioning of large sheets, and the use of the proven CNC graphic technology patented by Schechtl since 1996. The machine comes with a standard design that includes a mechanical drive with a silent SEW transmission and a brake motor with an eccentric mechanism. The generously dimensioned beam elements provide high stiffness.
