The sheet guiding is material friendly over the profiled support table. The new CNC control is easy to operate through the touch screen monitor. By transferring the sketch to the screen, a selection of profiles is created. The profile can be adjusted at any time, and the new profile settings can be saved in a database. These various possibilities speed up the workflow and help save valuable time. The advantages of the autoprof control are simple operation, an individual expandable database, fast profile search and selection, and the proven CNC graphic technology of Schechtl patented since 1996. The standard equipment includes a motor bending machine with a spindle drive for the upper beam, silent SEW transmission brake motors, Moeller control elements with appropriate switching and safety elements, bending beam gear on both sides, low maintenance bearings and guides, soft drive of the bending and upper beam, and a standard quick clamping system of the profile rail by the click system. The machine also comes with motor back gauge, precision ball roller spindles, and 12 pieces of back gauge fingers with safety arrangement inclusive, along with one profile rail for the upper beam, one insert rail 68 24 for the bending beam, one flat rail for the lower beam, a mobile foot switch, and an energy supply connector with a plug and a 5 m cable. The machine can quickly switch to segmented tool by a click system. The maximum opening height is 225 mm, and the autoprof control includes a PC program and a 15 colour touch monitor.
