Schechtl MAX, MAB MAE Motor bending machine

The Schechtl  MAX, MAB, MAE models of motor bending machines offer various control variations, including AUTOPROF control. This new CNC controller simplifies the process by creating a profile selection based on the sketch transferred to the screen. The profiles can be adjusted anytime and saved in the database for later use. The advantages of AUTOPROF control are numerous, including the ability to set the bending angle smoothly between 6 and 180 degrees by a potentiometer. The CNC graphic technology, patented by Schechtl since 1996, ensures easy operation in automatic and manual modes. A foot switch closes the upper beam while the variable support shelf helps in easy positioning of large sheet metal pieces. The opening height is adjustable, and the bending angle can be set by a button press in manual mode. The CNC controller has an expandable data base, and the profile search and selection are effortless through the touch screen monitor. The machine comes with a standard design and a mechanical drive powered by a quiet SEW motor.
