Schlebach AK QUAD Notching unit

Schlebach AK QUAD Notching unit

Quadro-K5 is a profile shaping system equipped with a slitter for longitudinal cuts. The system uses cartridges to produce desired profiles, and the adjustable side of the machine can be set to the required angle for slanted panels or standing seam sheets. The touch-panel calculates the necessary angle by measuring the narrow, wide, and long dimensions of the plate. Regardless of the profile's shape, the strip is fed, cut obliquely, and shaped in a single operation.

The Quadro system can produce various shapes of roof profiles with a profiled surface to stabilize surfaces for increased rafter distances.

The AK-QUAD and AK-QUAD 4 are electro-hydraulic notching units that can be mounted on the Quadro profile shaping machine. The notching operation is programmed into the controller of the profile shaping system and included in the production process. Tool supports are mounted on a flanged unit with a hydraulic sub-assembly that is connected to the Quadro controller. The AK-QUAD can also be operated as a stand-alone notching machine for special notching processes. The AK-QUAD 4 has four punching tools that can perform tasks such as notches for the front side bend and 90 edge bend for facade panels in one run.

The AK-QUAD has possible shapes for rhombic notching with a maximum notching size of 50 x 100 mm. The system can work with sheet steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals. Its dimensions are 1,120 x 1,670 x 1,300 mm, and it has electrical connections of 230 Volt, 1-ph, or 2-ph, 50 Hz or 60 Hz. Tool sets are available and can be produced according to customer requirements for different specified forms and profiles.
