Schlebach EHA Electro hydraulic notching unit

The Schlebach electro-hydraulic notching unit EHA is utilized for mechanically creating round notches in double standing seam profiles, which are used as upper and lower fold ends on roofs, shingles, dormers, facades, and balustrades with different roof slab centers of gravity. This machine is equipped with segment rails in the upper beam, bending beam, and supporting table, allowing the folding back of rhombic plates and mirrored covering and coffered plates. It is also capable of notching parallel, oblique, or conical plates. Working widths may vary from 300 to 800 mm, and the notching and fold-back width and angle can be adjusted inward and outward. The procedure involves feeding forward for notching and fold-back, and special versions can accommodate profile heights of 32 or 38 mm. The unit's adjustment range is 300-800 mm, with a notching depth of 0-80 mm and fold-back width of 15-40mm. The folding width can be adjusted from 0-170, and the dimensions are L x W x H 1,650 x 1,500 x 1,200 mm with a weight of 590 kg. The drive is kW, 400 Hz, 3-ph, and the unit is equipped with segment tension upper beam and bending beam.
