Options to create hollow seams on sheet metal for various purposes are available with reduced working hours. The strip run-in width ranges from 130 mm to 870 mm, with a minimum length of 800 mm and a fold-over length of 6 x 15 mm. Gauges are specified for non-ferrous metals, sheet steel, and stainless steel. The machine has dimensions of 1,800 x 1,550 x 1,150 mm, an infeed height of 900 mm, and weighs approximately 450 kg. The feed rate is 18 m/min, with a drive of kW, 400 Volt, 50 Hz. The machine can be customized with special widths and a 180-degree rotated hollow seam. Another machine, the SPM 30/80, is designed for roofing and walling standing seam profiles and can be extended with additional elements. It has infinitely variable width adjustment and axial dimensions ranging from 220 to 810 mm. A special version caters to a profile height of 32 mm and/or an intake width of 1,080 mm, with a weight of approximately 390 kg and an operating speed of 11 m/min.
