Schlebach PAC Profile shaping machine

Schlebach PAC Profile shaping machines, SPM-KS and PMC-K5, are designed for shaping standing seam profiles. They can perform various operations such as profiling parallel panels, cutting and shaping conical panels on both sides, cutting and shaping conical panels on one side, and shaping previously oblique cut plates. The machine can be adjusted to the angle required for slanted panels or standing seam sheets. Basic equipment includes electrically powered roller shears, slitters with roller shear, strip intake with clutch, electronic length measurement, and position control for automatic operation. The profile shaping operation can be done in a single or continuous cycle mode. The maximum slitting angle is limited to 3, and the intake width is adjustable from 300-800 mm. The special version of the machine can cater to a profile height of 32 mm and/or an intake width of 1,000 mm. Available options include the SPM-KS machine with touch-panel operated controller.
