Schlebach PMC 30 Profile shaping machine

The Schlebach PMC 30/80 machine shapes standing seam profiles with Clip-Relief on roofs and walls. It has a modular design and can be expanded with additional elements later on. The width adjustment is infinitely variable from 290-880 mm, and it can process parallel profiles ranging from 220-810 mm. For processing slanted, conical or locating panel sheets, axial dimensions can range from 80 mm. The machine can handle profiles with a height of 32 mm and/or an intake width of 1,080 mm. It weighs around 450 kg and operates at a speed of 11 m/min with a 9-stage shaping process. The Clip-Relief design offers practical advantages, such as space for dry mounts, no grazing or chafing of the panel, additional chamfers to stiffen the panel, and avoidance of cracking noise.
