The machines can cut ferrous metals up to 400 N/mm2 0.5-0.7, non-ferrous metals up to 400 N/mm2 0.6-0.8, and stainless steel up to 700 N/mm2 0.4-0.5. STA-M is similar to 5TA but with a motorized roller shear, while STA-Ms has a motorized roller shear and an automatic pivoting device. The Knife Cutting Unit SMTE 25 can cut standing seam profiles for heights 25mm, 32mm or 38mm, without flash or twisting. It can cut non-ferrous metals and steel up to 0.8mm and stainless steel up to 0.5mm.
