Schröder The MultíPowerBend (MPB) and MultíPowerBend Up-and-Down (MPB UD) machines are versatile tools for processing thin metal sheets. They are easy to handle, highly productive, and come with many useful features. The MPB series is perfect for mass production of large-scale roofing and facade elements. The machines are designed for precision, performance, and speed, which results in lower costs per unit in mass production. The MPB UD is equipped with a rotating clamping beam, which can hold a second set of tools for added efficiency. The option to bend up and down facilitates the handling of large and heavy sheets.

The standard equipment includes a graphic control system, servo-converter-controlled drives, CNC-positioning gauge/back gauge, sheet support table in U-shape, pneumatic pop-up gauge fingers, lateral angle gauge, and balls in the table, among others. The optional equipment includes a rotating clamping beam as an automatic tool-changing system, hydraulic tool clamping system, crown system for folding beam, front gauge system, and footswitch on rail for lateral movement. The machines are ideal for producing high-quality sheet metal products quickly and efficiently.

The segmented tools can be customized to individual solutions upon request. The hydraulic clamping beam opens with a single keystroke for a quick and accurate tool change. The rotating clamping beam option allows for the usage of goat's foot tools. The lowerable folding beam is necessary to bend larger radii with high precision. An optional motorized folding beam adjustment is available, controlled by the graphic control POS 2000 Professional.
