Schwarze Robitec

This is a CNC tube and profile cold bending machine with PC CNC control and transport boost. It is designed for the automobile industry to produce axle parts, exhaust systems for buses and trucks, and pre-bent parts for hydroforming. The machine is semielectric and uses the latest bending technology with compact and powerful electrical servo drives resulting in high speeds, shortest production times, highest accuracies, lowest noise level, and optimized setup times. The machine has a maximum tube OD of 80mm for standard steel and 75mm for stainless steel, minimum tube OD of 20mm, and MR bend radius minimum/maximum of 20mm/240 + 50mm. It has a total power requirement of 45kW and weighs approximately 8,800kg. The machine comes with various features, including a basic machine, electrically driven bending table, hydraulic tube clamp with direct effect, and PC CNC control.
