SHUIPO CNC Corrugated plate automatic welding machine 
Corrugated plate automatic welding machine adopts whole-course laser detecting scanning. After scanning, the corrugated plate shall analyze the transformed data through motion controller; and control the height of the welding gun automatically, so as to realize the movements of the welding gun automatìcally, such as moving back and forth, up and down, as well as rotation. After analyzing the data by the motion controller, the welding gun remains the linear speed unchanged during the welding process, and all the mechanical drives adopt servo motor, which improve the running accuracy of the welding gun. The machine captures the following characteristics, such as high-quality weİding workpiece, high efficient work and automatic operation.
