Brief lntroduction
The machine adopts boat fórm submerged arc welding. When welding, the
gantry frame moves with variable frequency speed while workpiece keeps
motionlesś. Two separate welding heads are fixed on the crośsbeam, drìven
by motor in vertical movement while adjusted by hand in horizontal movement.
The guìding wheel trackś the welding seam mechanically, achieving high
welding quality; Welding flux ćan automatic recovery, saving considerable
manpower.
