The machine adopts CNC turret punch technologies from Nisshinbo and has vital hydraulic and electrical drive components from H+L Hydraulik in Germany. The machine has a thick turret and shot pins for precise revolver positioning. The movable ram head has 36 dies and a two-row turret configuration. The feeding material and clamp is done via the Y-X axis and has linear guides with ball screws. The movable table reduces scratches on workpieces. The driving turret is compact and reliable with shot-pins for accurate positioning. The tool of the thick turret series has a higher hardened surface and better anti-wearability, allowing for various productions such as punching, over-turning, and edge knurling. The machine is available with a 26-station or 36-station revolver and can handle long-style tools suitable for larger material thicknesses and longer life. Set-up times are minimized with self-centering die holders.
