The SVT Series, developed by SNK based on its extensive experience in manufacturing large and super-large vertical lathe machine tools, represents a significant advancement for the new energy age. With its robust machine structure capable of generating powerful cutting force, combined with a full lineup and wide array of functional variations, the SVT Series contributes to dramatic productivity enhancement for large to super-large workpieces.

The machine features a double-column bridge type structure for stability and precision. A robust ram head is included, ensuring powerful performance. The cutting tool holder is securely held in place by a curvic coupling. Additionally, the machine is equipped with crossrail-elevating capability, enabling cutting operations in optimal conditions. Large-diameter bearings are utilized in the turning table, enhancing durability and reliability.

The machine employs table driving powered by a high-output motor combined with a double-pinion system, ensuring efficient and reliable movement. With this setup, it achieves powerful cutting capability, enabling high productivity, with a maximum force of 60kN and a ram size of 450mm square. Furthermore, thermal displacement is effectively minimized thanks to the table lubricant cooling device, maintaining precision and stability during operations.
