Spinner U production machining center

Spinner U Production Line is a production machining center that can operate in long table mode or pendular mode. The U3 version has a fixed table and operates in 3 axis mode, with an X axis stroke of mm. The U5 version is a combination of 3 and 5 axis machines in one, with the option of using it as one long working area or two separate areas. Workpieces can be loaded while the machine is operating, and there are two tool magazines that can hold tools. The machine is versatile and can be used for both long and short workpieces, with up to 109 tools in pendular operation. It has a rigid full casting base design and can handle long workpieces up to 2500 mm in length in one working area. The machine can also be used to machine long shaft type workpieces in a flexible and universal manner. The U3 and U5 versions have different specifications for stroke and weight, but both have a fixed table, rotary table, spindle speed, spindle power, spindle taper, number of tools, and dimensions.
