Spinner universal CNC machining center

Spinner Universal CNC machining center suitable for long or short workpieces. Highly productive in pendulum mode due to a linear motor in the X axis. The machine can hold up to 109 tools and has a fully sealed working area with a splash guard to protect the guideway zone. There are two separated magazines for the left and right working areas, and a quickly mounted dividing wall for pendulum mode. The machine has high dynamic and rigidity for heavy-duty cutting and HSC-machining. It has a moveable operating panel and can machine long workpieces up to 1,600mm in one long working area with a fixed table in the shafts in a flexible universal working area. The machine can also work on the surface of long workpieces in the left and right working areas. It has a full cast design with a fixed column, mass-optimized slides for high rapid traverse, large-sized linear guides, and high dynamics. The machine can be extended up to 4 or 5 axes and has spindle speeds between 8,000 and 18,000 rpm, depending on the application. Rotary table options are available. The machine has strokes of 1,400 mm in the X-axis, 1,200 mm in the Y-axis, and 700 mm in the Z-axis.
