High Quality Machines Make High-Quality Products The world-leading tubeformer, in addition to their lower production price, revolutionized an entire industry. Round ducts are easier and quicker to install. At the same time, refined and rationalized production methods made it possible to produce standardized ducts, providing advantages like material savings, availability, better airflow, etc.

Until then, rectangular duct systems provided the standard solution in ventilation installations. But with the arrival of the tubeformer, it became possible to produce circular ducts far more cost-efficient than rectangular units.

The key production unit to meet individual needs, the tubeformer produces round lockseam tubes in diameters from 80 mm to 1600 mm.

Gorelocker Combí T High-production gorelocker produces standing lockseam elbows and reducers. Flanging and locking can be done easily with two separate workstations on this machine. The standing seam both reduces welding to just one longitudinal seam and improves rigidity.
