Spiro CURVECUTTER DELTA 1500 is a specialized cutting machine that can accurately cut segments from a blank with high precision. It can be programmed for up to nine different settings, ranging from diameters of 100mm to 1500mm, to cut various types of bends, flat oval bends, angle cuts, and insulation fittings. With the help of high-tech servo motors, it can achieve precise and repeatable cutting without producing burrs or hardening of edges, thanks to its four roller shears. The machine can cut 1 elbow with four segments in a single path within 15 seconds.

The Delta 1500 is an ideal machine for high production lines when combined with SP1R0 Rollformer, Stitchwelder, and Gorelocker. It has a control panel that displays the programs, including ventilation and insulation, round and flat-oval bends, offset bends, and twisted bends. The technical data of the machine includes a maximum sheet width of 1500mm, a thickness range for galvanized steel and stainless steel, a cutting speed of 2 to 10m/min, a segment angle range of 5 to 46 degrees, and an elbow diameter range of 100mm to 1500mm.
