USER FRIENDLY STANDARD CONTROL PANEL

Totally enclosed 2HP blade. A conveniently positioned, clearly marked drive motor. Durable control panel with a facility to control the machine from the front or rear. 110 volt control with low voltage and overload protection. 5 stepped blade speeds. Quick release vice. Flushing hose. Additional stop/start controls at the rear of the machine. Blade guides with carbide guide inserts coupled with roller bearings provide optimum blade support for accurate cutting. Optional adjustable stock stand, swing away stop assembly, infeed roller table, and butt welder for handsaw blades.

ELECTRICAL BOW RELEASE

Electrical bow release mechanism allows once only setting of saw feed rate on each batch run. A simple gauge ensures correct blade tension. Heavy cast iron bed and proven construction ensures consistency of cut. Optional Supaflex blades available in Carbon and Bi-metal M2 and M42. Automated swing away stop assembly allows the billet to clear the sawing area at the end of cut.

The bandsaw has a total weight of 355kg and a coolant tank capacity of 25 litres. Recommended coolant available in 209 litre containers.
