Stierli Bieger Bending machine

Stierli Bieger NC  Bending machine  a technical description of various machines and tools for busbar bending and copper processing, offered by Swiss companies Stierli and Boschert. Located in Sursee, Switzerland, Stierli and Boschert provide solutions for busbar bending, NC bending machines, CNC bending machines with angle programming, and punching machines. The Stierli bending center is a highly productive and versatile machine available in models, each equipped with a state of the art 1 or 2 axis control. The program is controlled by the stroke measurement and can hold up to 200 bending programs with 10 steps per program. For simpler tasks, each machine type is also available with manual control. The CNC W and CNC WP controls enable quick and easy program generation directly at the machine. Alternatively, the METALIX programming system can generate the punching and associated bending program directly from CAD data. Stierli offers a range of tools for copper processing, including a step forming tool, bending tool for thicknesses up to 30mm, shear tool, narrow punch, vee block extension, edge bending tool, and manual or hydraulic clamping for bending round materials. The machines feature a robust stop for fast and automatic positioning with a travel range of 1,000 or 2,000 mm, depending on the application.
