Stierli Bieger CNC W Control with angle programmming

Stierli Bieger CNC control with angle programming for the i Bieger machine from Stierli Bieger in Sursee, Switzerland. The Bieger center machines are equipped with a modern CNC control that allows for quick programming using angle and length input. The 420 CNC W machine has a graphic representation of the bending part and a simulated bending sequence. The CNC W control enables automatic calculation of the cylinder bending position and the CNC length stop back gauge positioning. It also has an automatic calculation of the total length and a fast, frequency controlled CNC back gauge with 1000, 2000, or 3000 mm travel. The programming can be done in line by line or graphic modes, and the latest hybrid hydraulic system saves up to 80% energy and reduces noise emissions. The machine also has a step forming tool and bending with standard vee block with fast programming using CNC W.
