Stilmec Cutting lines for coils with thickness ranging from 0.4 to 3 mm are available in a compact group category. We offer a wide range of customizable models that meet the needs of even the most demanding operators. Our machines are designed with a focus on increased productivity and compliance with injury prevention laws. The Stilmatic model has a thickness range of 0.4 to 1.5 mm, while the minimatic model has a width of 1250 mm and a thickness range of 0.4 to 1.2 mm. The model has a thickness range of 0.4 to 1.5 mm and is equipped with a motorized forwarding table, automatic raising of the straightening rollers up to the stop, and automatic raising of the longitudinal cutting shaft coilers for off-cuts next to the shears. Our unwinding unit has a longitudinal cutting, facing, and coil rewinding capability with a thickness range of 0.4 to 2.5 mm and a maximum carrying capacity of 10 tons. The model has a thickness range of 0.4 to 1.5 mm and is equipped with a motorized traverse, entry guides both adjustable with pneumatic engagement, and a scoring unit with a photocell to identify the sheet metal edge. The model has a thickness range of 0.4 to 2.0 mm.
