Studer FS 71 Form Cutter Grinding Machine

This machine ensures precise grinding of the free surface of form cutters, sinking cutters, and all types of reamers.
The cutting edges concentricity can be achieved within 0.01 mm. The profile can be reproduced at a 1:1 ratio by tracing a template by hand. The work support, wheelhead, and dressing units are equipped with air cushion bearings. The cutter diameter can be up to 250 mm, and the cutter length can be up to 175 mm.
