Numerical control universal hydraulic rolling machine.
Different uses with coordinating controlling methods, including TNC top NC for many types but small quantity of production, T BAC top and bottom NC for few types but large quantity of production, and CNC for many types but large quantity of production. NC control has high production efficiency, with one operator, simple operation, and high efficiency.

Main Technical Data:
The products have superior precision due to continuous bending and high accurate end pre-bending. As the top roller is in the shape of a drum, with the supporting roller adjusted, it can coil ideal products in a wide range from sheets to plates.

Functions and characteristics:
The upper roller can make vertical elevation or horizontal shift, with the vertical elevation achieved by the action of the oil in the hydraulic cylinder on the piston and the horizontal shift achieved through the torques from the lead screw cabinet, worm, and the structure of screw and worm.
The lower roller only makes rotation, providing torque for bending and rolling. On the lower side of the lower roller, there is a support roller for adjustment. The upper roller is in a drum shape for enhancing the straightness of the products, and the machine is fit for bending various cylinder bodies.
