The MX-800 series is a fully intelligent turning-milling CNC lathe equipped with twin turrets and twin spindles for multi-tasking complex machining. The left and right spindles and turrets allow independent machining with interchangeability between the systems to reduce cycle times for highly complex machining. The machine has a compact working area with twin machining stations designed for flexibility and fast component transfer for cost-effective machining. The machine features full roller guideways to allow for higher speeds that shorten cycle times, enhancing the capability for mass production. The distance between linear guideways on each axis has been increased to improve rigidity and stability for highly accurate machining. The gantry loading option allows high-speed mass production with minimal operator intervention.

The specifications of the MX-800 series include: maximum turning length of 250mm, maximum turning diameter of 310mm, maximum bar work capacity of 52-65mm, bearing diameter of 100-110mm, spindle speed of 4000-3500 rpm, spindle drive motor of 11/15-15/ kW Nm, and maximum spindle torque of 193-242 Nm.

The machine's heavy-duty bed casting and solid design structure ensure highly accurate and stable machining, with an increased distance between guide rails. The latest grease lubrication system allows reductions of 80% in grease usage, and the frequency of coolant replacement is also reduced. The control panel is user-friendly with a swing arm and movable guide rail for convenient positioning.

The MX-800 can be equipped with a gantry loading system and parts conveyor as an optional accessory to radically shorten component handling times, coupled with the design of the twin turret/twin spindle system for the highest machining speeds, providing the perfect solution for high-speed mass production. The standard accessories include a belt-driven spindle, leveling pad, tool wedge, LED working lamp, tool box, operation manual, coolant tank, and coolant cooler. The optional accessories include a servo live tool, bar feeder and interface, automatic tool setter, spindle air blow, gantry and loader, hydraulic chuck, lifting jig, and internal parts catcher and conveyor with cart.
