Tongtai EZ Cnc Milling and tapping center

Tongtai EZ  Trust Technology offers CNC milling and tapping centers from the EZ Series designed for the hardware, automotive, and electronics industries. The centers come with spindle speeds of 12,000rpm, 20,000rpm, or 24,000rpm, and a direct-drive type spindle for better tapping precision. The centers also feature a servo type roller cam ATC that provides high production efficiency, and adopt an A-type column structure for dynamic stability during rapid traverse.

The EZ Series also adopts Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure machining efficiency and precision, and comes with a fine-ground table surface with excellent flatness. The working area for the EZ-5 model is 510mm x 400mm x 300mm, while the EZ-7 model is 710mm x 400mm x 300mm. The maximum load for both models is 250kg.

The EZ Series also includes an automatic tool changer ATC, with the EZ-5 featuring a Tongtai-made cam type tool changer and the EZ-5A featuring an arm-type changer. Both models offer high-speed servo motor-driven tool magazines and tool-changing times of only a few seconds.

For safety and maintenance, the EZ Series includes safety glass windows, slanted sheet metal designs for chip disposal, and machine-side locations for pneumatic units, lubricant pumps, and maintenance items.
