Tongtai HA 400II/500II Horizontal machining center

Tongtai HA-400II/500II is a machine tool with high torque power spindle and rapid traverse capabilities. It has X/Y/Z axis travel and a redesigned casting structure for high efficiency machining. The machine uses a triple-point support in the machine bed, double-wall structure design in the column, and high rigidity linear guide ways in three axes. The HA series also saves non-cutting time in three-axis rapid traverse, pallet/tool changing, and B-axis positioning.

HA-40011/50011 is suitable for machining materials of aluminum alloy and steel, widely used in the industries of automobile, hydraulic/pneumatic parts, and general parts. The machine's spindle speed is 12,000 rpm with a motor output of 25/22 kW and maximum torque of 233 Nm. HA-40011/50011 also adopts a new splash guard design that saves 15% of floor space.

HA-50011 testing data shows the machine's machining ability on materials such as S45C and FCD25. The machine's linear scale is optional and can compensate for positioning error, repetition error, and pitch error of the ballscrew caused by temperature changes. The positioning accuracy achieves 3μm with the compensation of linear scales.

HA-40011/50011's main structure is a high rigidity structure with X/Y/Z axis travel. The three axes adopt a high rigidity roller guide way, and the column adopts a double-wall and symmetrical structure. The machine bed has triple-points support, which increases its dynamic rigidity.

HA-40011/50011 has a spindle with a max speed of 12,000 rpm, spindle motor of 25/22 kW, output torque of 233/143 Nm, and an acceleration time of 0-12,000 rpm in 0.5 seconds. It also has a B-axis rotary table with high precision positioning cones with hydraulic locking devices, generating 17 tons of clamping force to ensure table stability during machining. The machine uses a full-circle hydraulic braking system, and the braking torque is 500 kg-m.
