TREPEL's high-performance jumbo platforms are able to lift loads of up to 500 t to the desired height. Safety remains our top priority with no expense spared. Extra-large, thick-walled pipes or box-type sections assure perfect absorption of all torsional pressure. As a result, our customers receive safe design that also allows easy handling of dynamic, horizontal pressure.

Available with platforms measuring up to 40 x 10 m and a maximum lifting height of 12 m, these tables find practical use in all kinds of working environments: steelworks, shipyards, industrial plants, chassis presses, the aeronautical industry, loading bays, etc. They are used for a wide range of purposes, including lifting, lowering, and the transportation of crucibles, slabs of steel, glass pots, freight cars, trucks, airplanes, pressing tools, generators, etc.

With these enclosed, reinforced, precision-guided safety contact bars, TREPEL has developed an extremely reliable means of protection. Lifting tables that still have open contact bars are no longer permissible and have to be withdrawn. Cam-controlled, force-separating limit stops guarantee additional safety at potential danger points, even when there is a power failure. Warning markers enhance functioning. An alternative protection system is also available, featuring chain curtains wherever it is difficult to see inside the space beneath the lifting table. Mounted either on the platform itself or alongside the building, you choose according to the circumstances. These barriers provide a robust solution that can withstand the roughest working conditions.

If a lifting table is to be located in front of a structural ramp, a precautionary safety gate can be fitted onto the lifting table platform. When the platform is lowered level with the ground, the gate serves as a barrier which prevents the lifting table from being crossed. Unhindered crossing of the platform is only possible when it has achieved parallel height with the building. Electric locking, a signal switch, and other control elements can also be built into the doors.

When it comes to ensuring danger-free loading and unloading, this automatic roll-away safeguard is a must. Guaranteeing stability, it prevents dynamic loads from rolling off a pallet truck or heavy-duty stacker unchecked. The devices work either mechanically or electro-hydraulically. Able to swing upwards, either hydraulically or mechanically, they also stop trucks rolling away unintentionally.

TREPEL lifting tables are also supplied with horizontal roller conveyors. We provide special solutions for transporting boards, pallets, containers, and individual pieces as well as handling extra-heavy loads. Systems are powered by variable direct or alternating current. Hydrostatic power is also possible for certain purposes. Toothed belts are used to reach especially high speeds while coated rollers ensure extremely gentle handling of goods.
