COOL HANDLING Rational coil handling with TREPEL Coil Lift Trucks from 5 t up to 40 tons Handling coils incorporates charging and removal at the beginning or at the end of production plants as well as the sleeve feed and discharge to processing machines. The TREPEL Coil Handling program also stands for rationalization of internal material flow right up to external transport. Combined with lifting tables, coil handling can be organized more economically. The lifting tables can be fitted with tilting devices, prism constructions or special build-ups, hydrostatic manipulators, thus offering a wide variety of application possibilities: as component for vertical transport lifting and lowering or for horizontal transport traversable. TREPEL offers multiple variants for coil handling: stationary lifting tables for lifting and lowering traversable lifting tables, either length- or crosswise direction which can be equipped with adjustable electrical or hydrostatic drives Prism attachments: Coil Lift Truck with powered, rubber-coated prism rollers The prism can be provided with additional coverings for the careful and gentle handling of coils. Coatings are available in rubber or plastic.
